Shuttle Service:

There will be two (2) trips, free of charge, included with the treatment. This would cover being picked from Airport, transportation to and from the clinic as well as hotel. SM4 Fixed Solution Step by Step

1. Make the First Contact
   • We want to meet you! Call us now 1 (619) 906-7481.
   • We will prepare a FREE quote based on your own case. One of our patient coordinators will send you an email. We will also try to reach you by phone to give you the details of the treatment or answer any questions you may have.
   • If you already have a dental plan, pictures, X-rays and tomography you can also send them by email. (The more information the better it will help us to know the details of your case.
2. Planning your Dental Trip
   • Your dental coordinator will guide you through the entire process. You are under our care as soon as we pick you up from the airport! We offer complimentary private transportation to and from the airport/hotel/clinic. Our dental clinic is in the best Tijuana’s tourist zone, located in Zona Rio Urbana.
   • We can also help you plan your trip: hotel accommodations are included in the Smile 4 Solution treatment; you would receive details of the reservation when we received your flight itinerary. It is very important that you try to find an early arrival to San Diego Airport so we can accommodate the proper time with our Doctors. Upon arrival of your flight you will be taken directly to our dental clinic. If arrival is late, the initial evaluation will be the following day.

1. First Consultation. Evaluation Day (X-Rays with 3D CT Scan)

   The initial step of any full mouth dental implants treatment is your first computerized evaluation with 3D technology. This is the most important step of the entire treatment. For your initial evaluation, we use 3D Xray CT Scan.

   With the aid of digital CAD/CAM technology combined with Cone beam CT, our staff of dental specialists will perform a full diagnose. After the diagnose, we will provide a detailed dental plan. The 3D CT SCAN results are most important for your treatment. We will analyze and examine any problem you may have in the mouth. The digital diagnose has no additional cost for you.

   One of the advantages of Smile 4 Solution by Smile 4 Ever Mexico with Straumann Proarch is that the procedure can be performed even on patients with poor bone quality. Only in extreme cases and depending on the result of CT Scan, bone graft treatment may be necessary

2. Surgery Day

   We address pain with local anesthesia and oral medications. If you need any extractions, they will be performed in the same session. We can also do any bone grafts or sinus lift in case you need them.

   You can expect some swelling and mild discomfort after the surgery, this is normal after a surgical procedure. You will need antibiotics and painkillers and we will provide the prescriptions for them.

   We use the best brand of implants “Straumann”. We will give you the serial number of your implants as well. In case you decide to do the prosthetic work back home. We import all the materials we use in the clinic.

3. Temporary Denture

   We will provide temporary teeth or partial dentures one day after the surgery.

   Depending on your case, after 24 to 48 hours after the surgery you will have temporary teeth placed. You will return home with your temporary teeth.

   Are permanent dentures thinner than temporary?

   Yes, temporary teeth are made of acrylic, they will help you eat while your dental implants bond to the bone and heal. With our Smile 4 Solution by Smile 4 Ever Mexico protocol, two months later, you will return to Tijuana to get the Final Esthetic Bridge.

4. Final Esthetic Restoration

   With the impressions taken in the surgical stage, our laboratory will proceed to make the final bridge. After a two months, you will be ready for the second stage of the process. You will need to return to Tijuana for 10 days for the prosthetic process.

   We will check your oral and bone condition once again to observe the oseointegration of the implants with your bone. We will perform a minimal surgery where we uncover the head of the implants through your gums. We make wax tests, and we take impressions and molds. We manufacture your Final Bridge at our in-house laboratory.
